POTASSIUM CHLORIDE:

1. Fine Grade Potassium Chloride

-used as a raw material in granulation processes for
production of NPK fertilizers and for the industrial production
of K2SO4.

Typical Analysis: Potassium Chloride (KCI)=97.10 %

2.Pure Grade

-is suitable for use in all food industries both for human consumption
and for animal feed.

Typical Analysis: Potassium Chloride (KCI)=99.3 % min.

3.Refined Grade

-used in the pharmaceutical industry.
-Suitable for all food industry applications.

Typical Analysis: Potassium Chloride (KCI) on dry basis=99.90 % min.

4.Technical Grade A+B

used in the following applications:

-Electroplating, as an electrolytic conductor during Zinc/Aluminium depsition on metals

-Industrial Galvanic and Enamelling of Metals

-Animal Feed

-Manufacturing of Soaps

-Dyestuff industry

-Water softening, environmentally friendly. Replacing regular salt

-Mineral additive, for animal food, mainly for pet's food.

-Fertilization and irrigation systems (fertigation)

-Seaweed and Carrageenan processg and production

-Oil Drilling

TYPE A:
Typical Analysis: Potassium Chloride (KCI) on dry basis=99.0 % min.

TYPE B:
Typical Analysis: Potassium Chloride (KCI) on dry basis=98.50 % Specification: 98.2 %min

5. FRU GRADE
- is a mid-quality product used either for industrial purposes, or for sophisticated
fertilizer uses requiring a higher level of purity than that provided by
Muriate of Potash of regular agricultural quality

Typical Analysis: Potassium Chloride (KCI) =97.60 %

Used in following applications

-Seaweed processing and carrageanan manufacture.
-Animal feed as a mineral additive, mainly in pet food.

-The metal industry, galvanic and enamelling purposes
-The Soap industry
-The dyestuff industry
-Water softening for the refreshment of the softeners instead of NaCl which
is harmful to the soil.
-Fertilizing with irrigation systems (FERTIGATION)

This quality of Potassium Chloride may be used as a starting quality for further KCL purification.
